About Us

Jeremiah is a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked technology lawyer who headed up the Data and Technology Transactions practice of an AM Law 5 firm in Washington, DC. His practice primarily has focused on strategic and day-to-day commercial and licensing transactions. When he began his career nearly 30 years ago, he focused his practice on IT and telecommunications outsourcing and licensing agreements. Since that time, his work has expanded to include virtually every type of commercial agreement, with a particular focus on regulated industries (health care, life sciences, energy, financial services, telecommunications, aerospace). Jeremiah also has substantial experience in agreements relating to AI, nanotechnology, robotics, large and small molecule pharmaceuticals, molecular diagnostics and other cutting-edge technology and has counseled numerous clients on IP strategy, forms and policy development, and risk mitigation.
